Supper In A Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. oregano or to taste
1/4 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook beef in oil.
Add onion.
Cook until onion is soft.
Add ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mustard and oregano.
Mix well.
Stir in macaroni.
Cover and simmer to blend flavors about 20 to 25 minutes.
Just before serving, add Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
