Japanese Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1 lb. lean bacon
1 large pkg. (2 c.) chopped ham or other meat (beef or chicken)
1 bunch green onions (5 to 6, tops only)
1 lb. rice
salt to taste
soy sauce to taste
Preparation

Chop bacon in small pieces.
Cook in large pan or skillet. Drain excess grease and save.
Cook bacon, but not crisp.
Chop ham into small pieces.
Chop green onion tops into small pieces. Add to bacon that's already cooked.
