Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    2 tomatoes
    1 small onion
    1 egg
    2 slices bread, broken
    2 Tbsp. fat
    cracker crumbs
    cheese
Preparation
    Cook eggplant in salted water for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
