Green Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless pork roast
    2 chopped onions
    3 large Sorrento or Anaheim chilies
    1 jalapeno
    6 c. chicken stock
    4 tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cube pork roast in 1/2-inch pieces.
    Leave fat on.
    Brown cubed pork with one chopped onion.
    Add flour and brown.
    Add chicken broth and bring to a boil and then add chili powder, cumin, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Reduce heat to simmer and add 1 onion, all chilies and tomatoes.
    Simmer one hour.
