Drop Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 large eggs
    1 c. water (approximately)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl until blended into a stiff dough. Drop by teaspoons in pot of boiling, salted water.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain into cold water.
    Drain again.
