Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
Preparation

With fork, mix first 4 ingredients.
In a small bowl, beat 1/2 cup water and remaining ingredients.
Add to first mixture and blend until dry ingredients are moistened.
With hands, mold dough in a ball and chill 15 minutes.
Makes 2 double crust 9-inch pies and 1 (9-inch) shell.
