Mexican Tortilla Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground meat, divided use
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    3 oz. light Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
    Non stick cooking spray
    3 (8 inch) low fat flour or corn tortillas
    1 (16 oz.) can fat free refried beans, divided use
    low fat sour cream, optional
    black olives, optional
    salsa, optional
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown ground meat and drain off any grease or liquid.
    Sprinkle taco seasoning on to meat.
    Pour in picante sauce and Velveeta.
    Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is hot and bubbly.
