Best Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (my Mom did this by hand, yuk). Spread in ungreased loaf pans (2), 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
    Cook, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
    (Pour off fat carefully after about 1 hour.)
    Serve with purchased gravy.
    Makes enough for company and Shepherd's Pie the next night.
