Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 apples, sliced and peeled
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Layer apples in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix all dry ingredients. Add eggs and mix until crumbly.
Spread over apples.
Pour 2/3 cup of melted and cooled butter-flavored Crisco over topping.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
