Easy Zucchini Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) box apricot or peach gelatin
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Boil zucchini in water until almost clear.
    Add sugar and boil 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add gelatin and pineapple.
    Pour into glass container and refrigerate.
    Makes 13 cups.
