Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. quick grits
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    3 eggs, beaten
    5 shakes Tabasco
Preparation
    Add margarine and salt to water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add grits slowly while stirring.
    Turn down burner and add cheese while grits thicken.
    Add eggs and Tabasco.
    Stir well.
    Pour into 3-quart baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
