Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
1 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk (12 fluid oz. can)
1 3/4 c. pumpkin (16 oz. can, solid pack)
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust with high fluted edge
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Combine ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell; bake 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0. Bake 45 minutes more or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool and top with whipped cream.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
