Caramel Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 can condensed sweet milk
    2 c. heavy cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Boil sweetened condensed milk for 1 1/2 hours in an unopened can.
    Cook sugar and water over high heat until light brown.
    Pour into a straight sided dish and coat bottom and sides.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add powdered sugar.
    Blend.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat.
    Add cream and sweetened condensed milk.
    Place dish in 1-inch of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Let set awhile and invert on plate, draining liquid.
    Refrigerate.
