Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apples
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    flour
    sugar
Preparation
    Wash and slice (do not peel) tart apples.
    Place bacon drippings in skillet and heat to 400\u00b0.
    Add apples and cook, covered, for 8 minutes.
    Dust lightly with flour and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with sugar to taste and cook until apples are light brown.
