Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. Raisin Bran
1 grated apple
1/2 c. blueberries
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
6 Tbsp. brown sugar replacement
Preparation

Mix well all
ingredients
in
mixer.
Spray muffin pan with Pam.
Cook in
350\u00b0
oven
30 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins. Four muffins equal 1
cereal or bread serving, 1 fruit serving and 1 milk.
