Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed squash
    1 egg, beaten
    12 crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese.
    Put into a baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
