Mint Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bunch mint leaves
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Bruise the mint leaves; add the lemon juice and let them stand, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Dissolve sugar in water and boil without stirring until a fine thread spins.
    Take from fire; add the mint and lemon juice.
    Add orange juice.
    Cool and strain.
