Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
    1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper 5 minutes.
    Add flour and milk. Stir and cook until thickened; season.
    Add ham and potatoes. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
