Hot Lemonade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Pour into mugs.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
