Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 lb. sugar
    6 (40 oz.) bottles pure grape juice
    16 oz. can frozen grape juice
    2 yeast cakes
Preparation
    Put sugar in a 5-gallon glass container (I use about 7 pounds of sugar).
    Add just enough water to dissolve the sugar.
    Add bottled pure grape juice and can of frozen grape juice.
    Add enough water to bring the level to about 4 1/2 gallons.
    Crumble yeast cakes and add to mixture.
    Cover opening of bottle with 2 layers of Saran Wrap and secure it with rubber bands.
    Let it stand in a dark closet until all bubbling stops or about 30 days. Siphon into bottles.
