Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt (optional, I don't use this)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, pineapple, peppers, onions, salt and 1/2 of the nuts.
    Form into a log or ball and roll in other half of the nuts.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serves 25 to 30 guests.
