Frances' Egg Thing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain croutons
    4 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar
    2 c. milk
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
    bacon (optional)
Preparation
    Beat milk, eggs, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper. Sprinkle croutons on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over croutons. Pour egg mixture over all. Can crumble 4 slices bacon on top. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
