Polish Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Beat ingredients and put in greased cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes or until done.
The cake will be dark brown.
Test with toothpick.
