Alabama Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter, softened
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all together with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Bake at 325\u00b0 on top rack of oven about 1 hour, until top is golden brown.
