Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine raisins and walnuts with 1/2 cup flour in bowl; toss to coat well.
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil in mixer bowl.
    Stir in zucchini and vanilla.
    Add remaining 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Add cinnamon; mix well.
    Stir in raisin mixture.
    Spoon into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bread loaves test done.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Yield:
    2 loaves.
