Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Skin chicken; dip in milk; then corn flakes.
    Bake in Teflon pan at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Cover loosely with foil.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
