Banana-Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed, ripe bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or four 5 x 2-inch loaf pans.
Combine dry ingredients.
Stir in nuts and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into prepared pans.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes for large pans or about 40 minutes for smaller loaves.
A toothpick inserted into center of each should come out clean when loaves are done.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
Remove to wire racks.
Cool completely.
