Seafood Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. capellini (angel hair pasta)
melted butter for tossing
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
salt to taste
1 c. half and half
1 c. milk
2 tsp. dry dill weed
3/4 lb. bay scallops
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste
1/4 lb. smoked salmon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the capellini to desired doneness; drain.
Toss with melted butter and place in a large bowl.
