Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Beat sweet potato, vanilla, butter, sugar and egg until well mixed.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    until
    firm
    (30
    minutes).
    Mix topping of
    brown
    sugar,
    chopped pecans, flour, coconut and melted butter; sprinkle on top.
    Bake until brown at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
