"Twinkie" Filling For Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat ingredients
    together for 8 to 10 minutes with electric mixer.
    Cut off tops of cupcakes and spoon out centers.
    Fill with Twinkie filling and replace tops.
