Low Calorie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can of water
Preparation
    Place chopped cabbage in greased baking dish.
    Brown meat and onion and stir in rice.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Put meat/rice mixture in casserole dish.
    Mix soup and water and pour over entire casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May add more water if casserole gets too dry.
    199 calories per serving.
