Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. coffee liqueur
4 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. instant coffee
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoa powder, coffee powder and 2 tablespoons of the water in a medium-size bowl.
Mix together to form a paste. Gradually stir in remaining water and coffee liqueur until well blended and smooth.
