Tomato Aspic Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. (2 envelopes) unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold tomato juice
    3 c. hot tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold tomato juice.
    Pour into hot tomato juice and dissolve.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 5-cup ring mold and chill until firm.
    Unmold onto chilled serving plate and trim with lettuce.
