French Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour and milk. Cook until thick and cool.
    Cream shortening, butter and sugar together.
    Add vanilla.
    Add to flour mixture and beat until light and fluffy.
