Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage head, shredded
2 medium onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (5 oz.) jar pimento
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Preparation
-
Toss cabbage, onion, pepper, pimento and sugar.
Bring to a boil remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage mixture.
Toss and tightly seal container.
Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours before serving.
