Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust, unbaked deep-dish
1/2 c. chopped mushroms
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1 c. cream
1/2 c. black olives, chopped
Preparation
-
Layer cheese, ham, bell pepper, mushrooms and olives in pie crust.
Beat eggs and cream until well mixed.
Pour over ingredients.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
I recommend you place on a cookie sheet.
