Zippli(Fry Dough) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/8 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Add yeast and sugar in warm water, then blend remaining ingredients
    altogether.
    Add water with the yeast.
    Work batter good with hands.
    Make rise for 1 1/2 hours.
    Mix again with hands.
    Then fry in hot oil.
    Drop a teaspoon of batter in hot oil and fry until brown.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
