Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lasagna
    1 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce or your own
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    minced onion
    oregano
    garlic powder
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add 1 teaspoon minced onion, pinch of oregano and garlic powder.
    Drain and cool.
    Add Ricotta cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese to the meat.
    Boil 12 strips of lasagna until soft.
    Drain and add cold water.
    Mix Ragu with tomato sauce. Spread 1/2 cup on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish (non-aluminum).
