Raspberry Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 qt. raspberries
1 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Combine eggs, sugar and salt.
Slowly stir in milk and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
Put in oven immediately and bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.
Chill.
