Orange Roughy With Basil Blend - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1 1/2 lb. orange roughy fillets or other whitefish
    8 slices lemon
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir together margarine and basil leaves. Place fillets on greased broiler pan.
    Spread one side of fillets with half of margarine mixture.
    Broil 5 to 8 inches away from heat for 5 minutes.
    Turn fillets over and top with remaining margarine mixture and lemon slices.
    Continue broiling for 5 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
    Yields 4 servings.
