Peggy'S Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken, cooked
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend in flour until creamy.
    Stir in broth and cream; cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Add sherry, spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms.
    Pour in greased 8 x 10-inch casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covering for the first 40 minutes.
