Hot, Sour And Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. whole dill pickles
4 lb. sugar
small (2 oz.) bottle Tabasco sauce
1 small clove garlic, peeled
Preparation

Pour liquid off dill pickles.
After draining, cut pickles in quarters lengthwise and then chop.
Pour sugar over pickles.
Add Tabasco sauce and clove of garlic.
Mix well.
Let stand for a day or more in refrigerator.
Separate into small jars.
It makes enough to give as gifts to all your friends.
