Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    2 c. rolled cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix eggs, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix salmon, 1/2 of cracker crumbs and 1/2 of egg mixture with seasoning.
    Form into egg shaped lumps.
    Dip into remaining egg mixture; roll in cracker crumbs.
    Fry in hot grease and brown.
    Drain on brown paper.
