French Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1/4 c. water
    4 Tbsp. orange juice
    grated orange rind
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    4 c. scalded milk
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine chocolate, corn syrup and water in saucepan.
    Heat over low heat until chocolate is melted.
    Gradually add milk. Remove from heat.
    Stir in orange juice.
    Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with orange rind.
