Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. (8 oz) sour cream
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz) jalapeno bean dip
    1 large bunch green onions, chopped
    3 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
    2 (3 1/2 oz. each) jars pitted, ripe olives, drained and chopped)
    8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mash avocado, add lemon juice and salt.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
