Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. poppy seed
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and beat well.
    Add oil and mix well. Add dry ingredients alternately with evaporated milk.
    Add poppy seed and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased pans (2 loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Freezes well and is delicious toasted.
    Serve with butter or cream cheese.
