Summer Garden Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green peppers, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
    1 tsp. salt
    6 drops liquid hot pepper seasoning
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. homogenized milk
    1/4 lb. cheese, diced
    croutons
Preparation
    Saute the green peppers in the oil 5 to 10 minutes; do not brown.
    Add tomatoes, salt, hot seasoning and the chicken broth. Simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Add milk only to heat, do not boil. Place cheese in bottom of soup bowl.
    Pour soup on cheese and top with croutons.
