Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
Add flour, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with flour.
Add coconut and flavoring.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, depending on oven.
Cool 10 minutes and remove.
