Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 can cream of celery soup
10 oz. sour cream
tomato slices
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Cook vegetables 3/4 of cook time.
Combine sour cream and soup.
Lightly butter 2-quart casserole.
Lay cauliflower in bottom of dish; cover with 1/3 sauce.
Lay peas and carrots on top of sauce.
Cover with remaining sauce.
Arrange tomato slices on top.
Sprinkle cheese over this.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0. Enjoy!
