Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chuck roast
Preparation
    Completely defrost chuck roast.
    Cook in crock-pot or slow cooker on low until tender and shreds easily with a fork.
    For a bit of extra flavor, you may want to season the water you cook the roast in with garlic powder and black pepper.
    After meat is tender, drain, remove fat and put back in crock-pot.
